New Objective Hosts Webinar Featuring Rafael Melani and Fernanda Negrao of the Kelleher Research Group at Northwestern University
November 10, 2021 – Littleton, MA (USA) Mike Lee, CEO and Emily Ehrenfeld, President of New Objective, Inc. hosted a webinar today featuring Rafael Melani and Fernanda Negrao Silva from the Department of Molecular Biosciences, Chemistry and the Feinberg School of Medicine at Northwestern on Wednesday November 10, 2021. Rafael and Fernanda presented their recent work integrating the New Objective FlowChip solution for microflow LC-MS for a series of standardized workflows for proteomics developed in the Kelleher Research Group, inclusive of bottom-up LC-MS, middle-down LC-MS and top-down LC-MS. Recent experiences, insights and results were shared inclusive of improvements in ease-of-use, protein coverage and detection limits for the analysis of peptides, intact proteins and antibodies. This webinar event expanded upon the results which were recently presented on November 2nd at the 69th ASMS Conference on Mass Spectrometry and Allied Topics in Philadelphia, PA, (poster TP235) sharing insights for future workflows focused on the patient.
