Administrative Assistant

GENERAL SUMMARY

To provide support to the New Objective sales and marketing team; managing schedules, and  assisting with meeting preparations. Supporting communications with suppliers, customers and collaborators, and general help with administrative tasks.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS*

  • Maintains and updates the team calendar, prioritizes schedules based on set goals
  • Assists with internal and external communications
  • Helps with organizing and distributing marketing materials
  • Assists with internal communications
  • Prepares communication and materials as directed by the management team
  • Complies with and ensures department compliance with Company health, safety and environmental policies

OTHER DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Performs other duties as assigned

PREPARATION, KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous administrative experience preferred but not required
  • Good understanding of Office Packages, including Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel, Google Docs and Sheets
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Thrives on being helpful and getting the job done
