Position Title
Bookkeeper

Primary Functions
This position is responsible for maintaining an orderly accounting file system in QuickBooks along with manage and keep current digital file system for accounts payable and receivable.

Primary Activities
• Manage accounts receivable
• Record and make all deposits
• Manage accounts payable
• Reconcile bank accounts
• Report and pay quarterly estimated taxes and report MA sales tax
• Prepare Royalty reports
• Prepare sales reports and prepare focused sales data
• Work with outside Controller to maintain accounting files and on ad hoc projects
• Maintain digital files as directed

• QuickBooks accounting knowledge
• Skilled in using spreadsheets and spreadsheet software
• Mass Tax Connect knowledge
• Credit Card processing knowledge
