CPSA Clinical Trials Advances its Focus on Improving Patient Outcomes Through Changing the Standard of Care

October 28, 2021 – Philadelphia, PA and Littleton, MA (USA) Representatives from Rekaryo Health, Capitainer, Roche, Spooner Bioanalytical Solutions and New Objective met today to further the advancement of the CPSA Clinical Trials and its focus on changing the standard of care on behalf of the CPSA Charitable Foundation. Jenny Royle of Rekaryo Health together with Neil Spooner of Spooner Bioanalytical Solutions have drafted a clinical trial to investigate alternative approaches for blood sampling with Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy patients. The trial will include a survey to characterize the problems with current approaches used in sampling and a study to evaluate alternative approaches for blood sampling in adult patients, assessing improvements in outcomes through portable and decentralized workflows.
