What are the differences between PicoFrit® Pioneer™, PicoFrit Explore™ and PicoFrit Resolve™?
The PicoFrit® Pioneer™ is an empty PicoFrit column that customers can use to pack on their own. The PicoFrit Explore™ and PicoFrit Resolve™ are packed columns using the Digital PicoPack™ Process. The Resolve has an integrated high voltage liquid junction as well.
What mass spectrometers are the columns compatible with?
The columns are compatible with all Thermo Fisher mass spectrometers. PicoFrit Resolve is compatible with Bruker’s CaptiveSpray™ source.
What differentiates New Objective columns from other columns in the market?
Integrity products are based on market proven PicoFrit Technology. The frit at the tip of the emitter functions as a stable base for packing the smallest of stationary phase particles; improving robustness and spray stability. With the control over the pressure drop from the high-pressure environment of the column bed to the ionization phase, a robust and stable spray formation is guaranteed. Additionally, the highly reproducible Digital PicoPack Process is used to control the amount of resin introduced into each column and make sure the resin bed is uniform.
What hardware does the Adapt™ support?
The Adapt™ is used to install the PicoFrit Resolve onto the Thermo Fisher Nanospray Flex™ Ion Source.
Is the Adapt safe to use?
The Adapt is very safe to use as the high voltage connection is made securely through the union. A built-in high-voltage interlock system ensures your safety.
What packing material options are available?
Integrity products are available in C18 format in a number of UHPLC stationary phases. New Objective continues to research and introduce new stationary phases, to provide the highest performance for nanobore chromatography applications.
