Customers can order directly from New Objective or through one of our approved distributors.
Ordering Directly from New Objective
Orders can be placed via Purchase Order or credit card. Send POs via email to sales at sales@newobjective.com or by fax at 781-933-9564. For orders placed by credit card, contact Sales by emailing sales@newobjective.com and our team will connect with you to process your order by phone. Our sales team can be reached by calling 781-933-9560 and leaving a message.
Prices
All prices are quoted in US dollars and do not include applicable sales tax, shipping or handling. International orders are also subject to local VAT, duties and import taxes. We suggest contacting the nearest New Objective authorized distributor for information and ordering. Prices may vary on orders for international destinations. New Objective, Inc. reserves the right to change product specifications and prices at any time without notice
and without any liability for such changes.
Blanket orders can be placed to ensure on-time delivery. This also enables quantity discounts with scheduled delivery and invoicing.
Custom and OEM Orders
New Objective can fabricate a variety of fused-silica and glass components for electrospray and other applications in analytical chemistry based on your specific needs and applications. Contact our Sales team for more information. New Objective can work with your organization for OEM development.
Shipping
Our standard shipping is FCA Incoterms via FedEx 2-Day delivery ex-factory for North America and International Economy for other locations. Please indicate if expedited delivery is required. For North America, actual shipping charges will be billed to your invoice. For outside North America, we will charge a flat rate shipping and handling fee not inclusive of duties and taxes. If you have a FedEx account that you would like for us to bill your shipment to, please indicate the account number on your order.
Payment Terms
For customers with established credit, our terms are NET 30 DAYS. Payments made by electronic wire transfer are preferred. We accept VISA and MasterCard. If you would like to open an account, please contact our Accounting department at accounting@newobjective.com for more information.
Product Returns
All returns must receive prior authorization and be labeled with a valid RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. Please contact New Objective at sales@newobjective.com to receive an RMA number prior to returning any merchandise. Unauthorized returns without RMA numbers clearly indicated on outside of box will be refused and returned to sender.
